[Bug]: Wire animations occasionally don't work on some wire sections

What happened?

The orange line is the one in question here. I've seen this a few times where a wire section will just decide to not animate. Closing the level (back to the map) and reopening generally fixes it.

Unfortunately I haven't yet figured out a cause, and the workaround is simple so pretty low priority.
