Cronwrapper file not run for some old instalation.

Some changes for /root/opt/scripts/cronwrapper.py:

#!/bin/sh
python3 /usr/local/bin/cronwrapper.py

and add executable right on:

/root/opt/scripts/cronwrapper.py /usr/local/bin/cronwrapper.py
