Scratch Bug: Custom Blocks don't appear in the palette after being deleted and undoed.

Expected Behavior

Custom Blocks should appear in both the palette and the corresponding Custom Block Hats in the codespace.

Actual Behavior

Custom Block Hats only appears in the codespace but the corresponding Custom Blocks does not appear in the palette.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a custom block. Screenshot 2022-09-09 10 41 46
  2. Delete the custom block hat via the codespace. Screenshot 2022-09-09 10 41 58

Operating System: Google Chrome OS Version 105.0.5195.112 (Official Build) (64-bit) Browser: Google Chrome Version 105.0.5195.112 (Official Build) (64-bit) (but the bug seems to appear in all operating systems and browsers too)

This bug is in vanilla scratch, I'd advise moving to the llk/scratch-gui repository.
