Update Debugger

Debugger got an update on Scratch Addons, and I'd love to see the update pushed into TurboWarp. Screenshot from 2022-02-03 20-57-47

Oh, forgot to mention it, but there's also new addons in Scratch Addons 1.24.

I think this will be added eventually, as TurboWarp usually updates addons near when SA updates.

I don't entirely know what will come of the new features in debugger. There's a high likelihood that some of them will be unavailable when the compiler is enabled or even removed entirely...

The next update will include dark mode support and partial support for the threads tab
