Please Add the Tutorial Button

I just thought it would be nice to add the tutorial button but not the same tutorial as in scratch but maybe 2 or more tutorials like

• How to use Turbowarp Blocks?
• Loading Custom extensions?

Eventually this would probably be a good idea, but right now we would rather people not use the TurboWarp blocks or custom extensions

I know docs exist. But its just something which puts it in different way. Especially for new people who don't know this features are there. Most Scratchers just ignore docs or lazy to read things, maybe this could be useful.
