Option to Resize Window to Retain Aspect Ratio

You can achieve this by holding down Shift but it would be nice if it got added as a window resize option.

Care to explain? Maybe it's a mac thing but I don't understand what is happening. Is there a block/extension that allows you to resize the windows/mac application? And/Or set the position of the application window?

Probably resizing it while maintaining aspect ratio.
