Option to ignore extensions

I wanna make an advanced debug extension, but I don't wanna package the project with the extension loaded, as it eats tons of memory, and having to add if then statements is just annoying, and the extension still runs some loops in the background. Something like a text box with "Ignored extensions" where you can type the extension(s) id in advanced options would be nice.
