Animated images (Apngs, webm)

This might not be a packager specific thing, but I don't know where it wold really fit. Support for Apngs (animated pngs) or webm files (with animation), instead of having to import everything as a different costume. It can take a long time to load so many sprites, and has a significant performance impact as well (not to mention all the change sprite calls as well). If there is a way to do this via JS I wold want to know how, but if there is, a built-in method wold still be nice.
