Long loading screen

Hello. My game is very voluminous in terms of sprites. What makes that when it is executed in .exe, the loading time at the beginning is very long. How can I prevent the game from loading sprites when loading from the start? (And to avoid lags, integrate loading times directly from the game, in which useful sprites are played for the first time)
