Context menu to toggle addons, settings at runtime

How about an optional context menu to allow the user to enable/disable addons and features like hq pen while they use the packaged project?

Optimally project creators would figure out which settings work best for their project ahead of time so that end users don't have to worry about configuring anything

Maybe it would be worth having this anyways, as high quality pen can significantly impact performance

i think what could be better is if you added some blocks to the turbowarp extension that could change the settings.
