Update face sensing image stars

Title says it all Turbowarp/scratch-gui#1107 This replaces the yellow, unequalized stars with the shiny white ones from the animated text banner

If you want them moved closer to the face then just let me know I'll do it

Hmm this could go either way, but the original stars were based loosely on the ones from Scratch's face sensing icon (and the yellow is Events yellow for color parity)
