Add multi-language support for the Simple 3D extension

The "Simple 3D" extension hasn't added a "Scratch.translate.setup" part so far, so I can't translate this extension on Transifex. Can you chaps add it?

Extension developers don't add Scratch.translate.setup functions themselves, you just submit on transifex and it auto generates

I know, there's no Scratch.translate in the blocks at all...? Is it supposed to be like that?

Ok if they meant the blocks themselves don't have Scratch.translate, then yes, we need to add that

I'm pretty sure Simple3D and one or two other extensions were excluded from my mass update PR simply because it's messy and very big.
