Adding a New extension: "Formulas"

Dear Turbowarp Team,

I would like you to add my new "Formulas" extension to the turbowarp extension gallery and the main turbowarp extensions list. This is my third time making an extension but my first time requesting one to be added. Please let me know if there are any problems with the extension or its media.

I like the blocks but to me it seems better fit to be merged into the graphics 2D extension

Intriguing. It would be cool to have a block to save and use custom formulas, but either way pretty useful.

Some of these blocks are in Graphics 2D and as @SharkPool-SP said these would work with Graphics 2D, make a PR to merge them into Graphics 2D as these are genuinely useful to some extent, thanks for contributing <3
