It looks like this code might've been written in part by AI; if this was the case, please understand that ChatGPT does not know how TurboWarp extensions work and is just a really fancy "guess the next word" machine.
IDK why u assume that it was written by a ai but this was all written by me. (i have some reources/code taken from other resources) This is my first time doing something like this. And if you want me to delete this I don't have a problem with it. Also here is the response i got from chatGPT when i asked it to write a extension:

I don't think so. Only thing I have seen is that Numerical Encoding extension (which use decimals not binary) and the Bitwise. Bitwise does use binary but it's all about converting Numbers in to Binary and vise versa, but it doesn't support text to binary. Finally if you wan't me to delete this i will do it cos i don't want to cause any problems and trouble. and also i will consider about adding this to the Bitwise extension as well if you want. Thanks.
