memory leak in file importing

i opened a .bal file and after a couple of minutes my entire computer bsod'd

What do you mean by .bal file? Which file import were you using? There's lot of different ways to "import a file" in this app

If it took a couple minutes then without any more detail I'm inclined to blame whatever project you were running instead of the app itself

(also, if we can blue screen your computer, that's an OS bug!)
