Various problems (v1.1.1)

The variables have become graphically much larger than normal, the controller cursor does not mirror that of the mouse and the controller inputs data in configuration are saved in the project but are not yet saved when exported with the TurboWarp Packager.

I had added the two new addons related to the improvement of the full screen and the search for sprites. I took them off, reloaded the page and everything was back to normal. I'm not sure if it was caused by those two addons or if it was just a bad upload with TurboWarp, but if that happens again I'd check it out.

UPDATE: Variables are back to normal, however it still remains the problem of the controller cursor.

If you turn off the "Enhanced fullscreen" addon entirely, are all the issues resolved?

Nope. As I said, variables are back to normal but the cursor of the controller doesn't follow the real mouse cursor.
