Anvil&EnchantingTable. Tool dissapears or get crafted Back.

Tools/Items from Anvil or EnchantingTable are disappear sometimes a few Moments later.

• Expected result: Rename/repair/enchant Tools and they are able to use it.
• Actual result: The renamed/repaired or enchanted Items sometimes dissapears a few Moments later or are crafted back to the original Components.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Rename/repair or enchant Tools at Anvil or EnchantingTable.
2. Try to use it, change InventorySlot or try to put them in a chest.
3. Sometimes they are useable and sometimes they will dissapear
