PlayerDeathEvent does not emit

Issue description

  • Expected result: What were you expecting to happen? Every time you kill a player, a death message shows up
  • Actual result: What actually happened? Sometimes a player does not actually die. He'll get teleported to his spawn location and keep his inventory, while no death message shows up in the chat

  1. Kill a player

OS and versions

  • Altay: 3.11.7+dev
  • PHP: 7.3
  • Server OS: Ubuntu
  • Game version: Win10 and PE
