Switch accounts by simple press rather than swipe

Currently, switching accounts requires swiping (left) from the account list. Swiping right removes the account.

The behavior is explained, but the more natural action is simply pressing on the target account to activate it. Further, giving the difference of the simple switching versus the destructive act, of deletion, as merely the direction of motion is quite unnatural and prone to error, even if the deletion is preceded by confirmation.

Pressing an account name from the list appears to be ignored currently. Suggested is mapping the event to account selection.

Observations are made on version 0.12.3.

Several other features might enhance usability for multiple accounts, including the following.

• Displaying the account name in the main screen.
• Giving access to the accounts menu directly from the main screen, rather than as an item on the user menu.
