Download doesn't work, always errors.

Describe the bug Downloads for all images fail

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any image in dawn
2. Click the image to open in
3. Click the cloud icon to download it.
4. See download error. See Image for exact error.

Expected behavior When clicking the download button the image should be downloaded somewhere.

Please open Dawn's app info and check that Storage permission is enabled

Can you search for logcat messages with Couldn't download media? It's not really clear what happens without exception info. I recommend Logcat Reader for this.
