arg for raft !s and ?s do not prevent tsunami from running

I have manually tried to change the code to no prevail, the code base lists the commands as !f and ?f but that doesnt work either. the proccess just takes too long and i want to skip it. I dont want to wait 10+ minutes just for $200.
