Duplicate index files

Describe the bug Sometimes, the index files for a blog will be duplicated, which causes unusual behavior.

To Reproduce This seems to happen when one tries to import the same blog twice in different collections, or when something goes wrong when trying to switch from the Tumblr API to Tumblr SVC access types.

Expected behavior There should be one entry, especially after I manually archive one of the indices. Instead, there are two, and they both turn green when that blog is actively being scanned.
