T3 won't run or update anymore.

This morning I fired up T3 and all I got was the top error script... I turned off my anti-virus which made no difference. I downloaded the latest one, attempted to install it in a new directory and got the lower error. I run T3 once a month to update my many followed blogs and it's always run well with just the normal problems that get fixed quickly. I know that I updated it to the latest one when I was finished last month. Running 64 bit Windows 7 with all updates.
