PostgreSQL Adapter

Hi,

my PDNS is running on a PostgreSQL db. Any chance to get an Adapter for it?

Sorry I don't have time to work on this at the moment, but PRs are welcomed :) You can start from the mysql adapter and modify the client, the rest shouldn't be too different.
