Some example links are out of date

Some of the example links in the README are out of date:

• draft copy of a book written by Marty Weissman using the new Tufte-book class: links to http://slugmath.ucsc.edu/mediawiki/index.php/Image:NumberTheory.pdf
• example handout (source) using XeLaTeX with the bidi class option for the ancient Hebrew by Kirk Lowery: links to http://tufte-latex.googlecode.com/files/week5lecture.pdf

At the moment, both are dead (404).

They seem to be archived on archive.org, though:
