Made options to hide search bar, private mode, clear, and/or settings buttons & fixed Paste on Select bug.
Did title and also made pressing Enter and clicking on an item have consistent behaviour. Fixed glitch where Paste on Select only worked when pressing Enter, and not when clicking.
Please implement this change, it is really important to me, I have been using this version of the clipboard manager for a couple weeks.
My changes are well commented and should be easy to understand.
This resolves issues #515 and #516.
Now using the settings it can look like this:
Thank you for contributing this PR. Overall I am willing to accept this feature: you added everything as an option which is always the preferred way, and you didn't add too much code which is great as well (though I think we can minimize this even more).
I will still review and test this further before merging. I just released a version recently and am busy with some other stuff so it might take a couple weeks. Meanwhile you can refine the PR, I will try to review your changes as you go.
I left some comments on the PR.
Thank you for updating me! I really appreciate it. I have finished refining the PR, i think. Let me know if there is anything else I need to change.
Thank you, JaredTweed! Exactly what I wanted to do :)
Hey Todmotu, I would appreciate it if you were able to merge this pull request and my #534 pull request soon. They work really well together, and I have been using them both on multiple of my systems without any issues for the last 3 months. I highly recommend accepting both pull requests to ensure stability on all systems. Thank you!
Hey there!
Would love to see this merged as the Past on click is not working for me!
thank you

When I say they work really well together, I mean that they require each other. One does not work well without the other.
Also, I'm super happy to see the support from others! Thank you!!
@Tudmotu I see that you are merging some PRs. I have made sure my PRs are up to date, and I have been using my version (with #534) of this code ever since I initially created, and I have not encountered any bugs.
You can ignore this PR, and just pull #534
