selecting default workspace

Allow user to select a workspace as default to use when creating new workspace (using new workspace button or from url)

I am not sure about this.

Today, in 2023, the site allows uploading and duplicating templates. I think it's good enough for most if not all users. The way I see it is, if they want it, they could store the base template in pane settings and then duplicate it at will.

Replacing the default template with the user's one isn't going to improve these mechanics.

Do you agree?
