Distinguish spot exchanges from derivative

I think it makes sense for trades on spot exchanges to have some difference in appearance vs derivatives exchanges, since spot exchanges are what the mark price on futures platforms is derived from. A 100k trade on BitStamp/Coinbase/Kraken/Binance is going to be more significant to the movement of the market than a 250k trade on any of the futures trading platforms.

It could be something as simple as a change in font color for the exchange names or trade amounts.

That is why I added the possibility to set exchange specific thresholds... That said adding a flag to distinguish spot trades could still be useful (kraken, binance and okex have both) meaning exposing the info for each trades...
