Cannot download model file

It seems like I cannot run the test successfully because of the failure of downloading model files. Downloading: "http://198.13.45.221/files/seeta_fd_frontal_v1.0-c4619d06.bin" to /home/hwan7885/.pyseeta/models/seeta_fd_frontal_v1.0-c4619d06.bin ConnectionResetError: [Errno 104] Connection reset by peer

Maybe you can change the MODEL_URL to the model files in the origin repo directly.
