[Feature Request] java binding of plugin api

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently only Python and C++ are supported as plugin programming language.

Describe the solution you'd like Want a Java binding of plugin api, so we can use Java to implement plugins

Describe alternatives you've considered Add a Java binding for the api, and provide a way to upload .jar as plugin, as well as running in embedded mode
