Request: additional option for hopper interaction with protected chest

As requested from the Discord support channel, I would like to suggest an additional flag for hopper interaction that would allow hoppers to feed into a protect chest while also preventing hoppers from emptying that same chest.

As mentioned I think it's a good idea. The hopper config right now is not very flexible. Hopefully someone or myself has time to look into this for one of the coming updates.
