Lunar Creation Table Resprite

One criticism of the infusion table resprite I did a while back was that it looked similar to the lunar creation table from above, so I had a go at making the lunar creation table more distinctive. The new design makes use of the same white panels & futuristic details seen on the zal ship where it's found.
