New interactions with vanilla freezing mechanic

Here are a few suggestions to add more interactions with freezing:

Weapons and armor Ice-themed weapons like Frosticator, Blast Chiller, Froster, Ice Bow, Crystik Staff and Impairment Vulcane can have freezing build-up instead of regular slowness effect. More fire rate means less freezing per hit. Ice armor can have a full set bonus that gives immunity to freezing. Quite niche but is useful against ice giants, which spawn in the same biome where you obtain the armor set. Same for Purity armor, cause freezing is a physical impairment? Also ice boots can have a similar effect to leather boots, allowing you to walk on powder snow while also having some protection

Mobs Similar to vanilla, new fire-themed Nether mobs and bosses can take increased freezing DoT damage, making weapons listed above worth considering for neth wither fight, or exploring the nether/farming mobs here.
