Use the new particle system for weapons

Specifically:

1. Converting existing weapons to use it, such as Bubble Horn actually spraying bubbles instead of regular projectiles that stop moving, Gas Blaster/Ghoul Gasser/Swarm-o-tron being sprays, just weapons that can have more different forms of projectile movement in general if possible, etc. And even if mostly cosmetic, visually changing particles so we have more variety instead of sparkler/swirl on everything would be nice too (https://github.com/Tslat/Advent-Of-Ascension/issues/3228)

2. New weapons that use it, like a flamethrower
