Idea for Hauling ability that is level 80-90+

So far, skills have had a final real ability (not counting unlocking skill helms), but Hauling lacks one. If I remember correctly, there was that ability where fishing prevented aggro, but that was silly. Here is my idea for a less weird one

Hauling Bait: Fishing while having Chum (or a different item) in the inventory will put that item on the bob. When something is caught, that item is consumed and you get an extra +1 of that drop (E.G. a fish would give 2 of its item form instead of 1, etc.)
