Change Infusion table's recipe to no longer require Infusion stone OR change the way Infusion stones are obtained

I've had it with these damn Pixons and their inconsistent spawning, having 1 of Infusion table's components not be behind a mob whose spawning changes in rarity every version would be goddamn fantastic
