Add stronger reskins of poison/wither/fire balanced around higher HP

Didn't really want to do it, but it's our best choice. Can't really change the vanilla DoT effects and potentially cause issues with other mods, but if the whole mod will be balanced around everything having high HP, the current DoT effects will become useless, and also make certain armor sets/weapons useless. As the title says, I think the best solution with least consequence is just adding more DoT effects that are thematically similar to the vanilla ones, but stronger. At least with weakness you can just increase the potency, but that does not work here

There's other things, like adding burst sources of poison/wither, like how lava does 4 fire damage, but I don't want to go into a whole tangent
