Tile Entities overwrite blocks from chisels n bits and little tiles

Expected Behavior

Bits and tiles should not be deleted when attempting to place a tile entity on them aka it should treat them like a normal block/tile entity.

Actual Behavior

The bits/tiles get deleted

Steps to Reproduce

1. Place down some bits from chisels and bits or tiles from little tiles
2. Carry a chest with carry on
3. Right click the bits/tiles
4. Watch the chest be where the bits/tiles were
