Slow frame rate

Hi,

I am currently using TensorFlow-GPU 1.13.1. However, when I execute the program the time taken to execute is 0.5 seconds/frame and GPU is not being utilized. Kindly guide me on how to solve this.

@Deepak2405 how did you run the tracker .... is there is any requirements to download?
