List of users should display in left sidebar

We should see a list of users in the left sidebar. Under the heading "Members" (this will become "Direct messages" once DMs work.)

For what it's worth, at least for me the user list might be the only missing feature preventing me from actually using Quiet regularly.

@Juul that's super interesting! I'd been assuming the user list was not so useful until DMs actually worked, and that it would frustrate people because they couldn't click to DM.

This is resolved by https://github.com/TryQuiet/quiet/issues/2920Any. Any additional functionalities for the users list will be added in separate issues. (unless you have different plans for it @holmesworcester, then feel free to reopen it. But for me it looks like a duplicate.)
