User cannot close image on iOS

Steps to reproduce on iOS (iphone 16e, latest):

1. open image

expected: i can close and return to the chat by swiping back or tapping an "X"

actual: i cannot, and I have to swipe up the app to restart it and get back to the chat list

The reason is that the back button is too high on the screen. You can actually see it next to the time display but cannot click on it. This is on iPhones with notches. Perhaps we were previously testing on phones without notches?

Looks like we're using useSafeAreaInsets on the chat screen but not everywhere. This is probably the fix.
