First time users should be told to re-open the invite link
There is a mismatch between our joining screen and the intended flow. We expect users to click an invite link to join a community. But the joining screen is currently oriented around pasting in a link.
(I've created another issue to change "invite link" to "invite code" so that can be fixed separately, but the problem remains.)
(The question we tried to answer was: what would this screen look like if users were mainly going to be clicking invite links? We may also want to offer an option to paste in the link in case something went wrong with registering our link handler (this can happen on linux) but this could happen in a different way. For example, someone could drag the link onto a "drop" area or click something to reveal a form field.)

Note that we may want to get more feedback to validate this before developing it.
(Note: get feedback from eap's SR & NL when we have a draft.)
Latest Figma for reference
Note: the screen with the monster graphic on it that suggests clicking the link solved the problem for one user. We could check it for other users too.
Let's add the "monster" screen to the prototype
