channel icons should have colors

Right now the channel icons in the mobile app are all grey, which is pretty dreary and makes it hard to distinguish between channels at a glance.

I'm not sure what the criteria should be, but they should be stable. If there's an orbitdb for the channel name the color could be based on the ID.
