Sqlite not a walid win32 app error

Issue Summary

I am using the sqlite3 package in my Nodejs application. But when I run it, I get a walid win32 app error. Although I tried many ways, I could not solve the problem. The application I made works on many computers, but there is such a problem on one device. Can you please help. My work has been disrupted a lot. I have tried all the installation methods written below

npm i sqlite3 npm i sqlite3 --build-from-source npm i -g node-gyp npm i -g windows-build-tools

I tried all of these ways as a solution, but it didn't work.
