Update spec file to run with config in /etc/ghost.conf

I know there is a bit of resistance to this, but the 'correct' location for ghost config is in /etc, and I believe the RPM should be putting in there as a file. There can be symlink from the default place to /etc/ghost.conf, but not the otherway around.

Now that TryGhost/Ghost#1110 is merged this can be done. This ticket is a reminder to do that for 0.3.4 release
