Add support for Ubuntu 24.04

Ubuntu 24.04 has been out for a while now. I've been using this change on my own setup with Ubuntu 24.04 for a few weeks and works without issue.

I'm also including a change to e2e-test.yml to add ubuntu-22.04 and ubuntu-24.04 to the test matrix and drop ubuntu-20.04. The ubuntu-20.04 runner is deprecated and at some point the E2E Tests action will fail without this change.
