Modifying title doesn't change url

When changing the title of an already created post, the URL is not adjusted. Doing the same in ghost-admin changes the URL.

In some cases this results in the URL being "/untitled"

Android version: 6.0.1 device: OnePlus X App version: 1.0 Ghost version: 1.18

I think in ghost admin if you change the title after you've written some text, it doesn't change the url. I've ended up with many 'untitled' post URLs from ghost admin

Oh I'm actually getting many untitled posts now. It seems like any post I start in the app gets an untitled URL. I'm sure that never used to happen.
