Issue launching any type of mods over Linux version of .sh file
Hey, I have been trying to launch any kind of simple mod that does not implement anything "outside" like Unions etc.
I decided to give a try to Nostalgic Edition - which on paper should be fully compatible with the OpenGothic executables.
I did the edit of the .sh file to launch different directory where I had the copy of Gothic 2 with Nostalgic Edition added over it, this is how it looks
And when I launch the game of this .sh it does launch so the first though that comes to mind is that "it should work" but as soon as I start a new game, I get like 1 second loading screen and then the game goes back to the main menu.
Tried Atariar edition and later Randomizer Mod - same thing
Here is the link to a video showing up exactly what i mean https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xnIPhTClol8
Got any idea is that issue related more to simply me doing something wrong with the .sh file or simply mods seems not to be loaded properly by the linux version of OpenGothic?
Thanks for all help
Hi, @Karti200 and thanks for report!
Can you please attach log.txt file? Thanks
Tried to launch nostalgic edition - i see now that it detects IKarus and LeGo, but would that make game just go into loop at start of new game?
