I have 3 redbots and all use this cog, am finding recently that the error (420 & "...perhaps unload the cog for a while), seems to be occurring more frequently, even unloading the cog for a time, makes no difference when it is reloaded a week or days later. The problem immediately starts over. My followed accts or lists have not changed at all.

My question is whether or not its plausible to have features, setting or command, that would locate/pinpoint the main acct or list causing the error, via Specifying Either: 1: channel (id) or 2: server, (id or name) especially if not your own, or 3: twitter acct, or list followed
