Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Part of an old message in support:

"I have been on Trustroots for 24 hours and I have received 7 emails. This is ridiculous. I can't even unsubscribe."

Another person recently asked to unsubscribe from emails related to messages. This makes sense if someone is using the mobile app.

(additionally to a section in the edit profile page where you can edit your email preferences)
